Tuition Assistance Budget Form

You should poll all of your staff for those that intend to go to school in the following fiscal year for a program that will increase their knowledge in your department. You will need to know how many classes they intend on taking between now and June 2024 and what kind of program it is. Use this form to justify the total request for tuition reimbursement funds. These funds will go toward those employees on this list.

The employee must meet the qualifications for reimbursement as outlined in the policy; non-probationary, employed for at least one year, and full-time. No payback is required after a three-year commitment. The education must correspond with the department they are in. The employee will need to follow the process of applying for approval at the start of the semester and then requesting the reimbursement with the appropriate documentation at the end of the semester.

The reimbursements are as follows:

  • Doctorate programs: up to $700 per course
  • Graduate programs: up to $600 per course
  • Bachelors Programs: up to $500 per course
  • Associates Programs up to $400 per course
  • Certification/Cont. Ed: up to $400 per course
